YOU CANNOT USE THIS BOOKING FACILITY IF YOU ARE:
An Island Resident with valid resident’s pass
Account holder
Require a vehicle booking.
Travelling with bicycles. Limited capacity per sailing.
REQUIRE A SINGLE TICKET.
YOU MUST BOOK YOUR TRAVEL THROUGH THE OFFICE BY PHONE (02820769299) OR EMAIL(info@rathlinballycastleferry.com).
CHECK YOUR BOOKING THROUGHLY PRIOR TO PAYMENT. :
- Tickets are non-transferrable.
- Full refund if the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before sailing. You are not eligible for a refund if you cancel outside the minimum 48 hour notice period.
- Bookings cannot be added to once payment is completed. You must make a new booking for additional passengers.
- Discounted tickets holders must present their valid pass at the vessel prior to boarding – if pass is not presented FULL FARE must be paid or travel will be refused.
- Discounted tickets (NI SMARTPASS/ROI SMARTPASS/HALF-FARE SMARTPASS) You must enter full name and pass number as it appears on the card in the comments box on page 2 of booking process. If not entered correctly the booking may be cancelled.
- PHOTO OF SMARTPASS ACCEPTED IS AVAILABLE ON OUR WEBSITE. Please check you pass matches these prior to booking.
RIFL reserve the right to cancel a booking if required information is not provided or incorrect fare has been paid.
